Support
When I offer meditation in my classes I almost always close with a few minutes of gratitude practice. Almost without fail what comes up for me is gratitude for the practice. I am grateful for the teachings that have been passed down for over 2,600 years. I am grateful that I found them and made the effort to do the work. I am grateful for the transformation I have experienced in my life because of them. I am grateful for the opportunity to share the dharma with others. It is a great gift to see these teachings make a difference in someone’s life.
I am also grateful for the support of the community that allows me to offer these teachings freely as has been the practice in our tradition. Generosity is a beautiful practice and an important teaching in Buddhism. If you would like to make a donation to help continue making Undefended Dharma available online, it would be deeply appreciated. I am always humbled by the support of the community. Your generosity will help defray the cost of web hosting, podcast hosting, Zoom hosting and other miscellaneous online fees. If you would like more info on this, please let me know. Otherwise, thanks in advance for paying it forward.
With deep gratitude and much love!
